About Us

Pastor Wiley’s roots take him back to the state of Louisiana. Having first felt the call from God to preach the Gospel at the age of 15, he began to pursue the will of God in his life. After having attended Louisiana State University and Jackson College of Ministries, he actively worked in various capacities of ministry. He has filled the role of Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Associate Pastor and Senior Pastor

The road of life led him to meet the perfect mate, Natalie Sandez of San Diego, CA. They were married in 1993 and from that union God has blessed their home with two beautiful children, Nathanael and Kristiana.

It is Pastor’s heartbeat that Worship & Word is active in “Connecting Families With Hope!” He has brought a level of anticipation with his heartfelt preaching and teaching.

We are excited to see where God is going to take Worship & Word under the leadership of Pastor Wiley.
